The Third interregnum in a fallout canon created by Augustus Drake that picks up in the year 2290. The notable changes to this apocalyptic wasteland are:

The Legion managed to take over the NCR, before collapsing and falling into anarchy at the death of Caesar. As they had purged all major raider tribes in the Mojave, this left space for new tribes and gangs to rise.

Both the West Coast and East Coast Chapters of the Brotherhood were destroyed, with minimal survivors.

All major factions of Fallout 4 were destroyed, with the Sole Survivor choosing to go with his raider ending. The Nuka-Wold raiders would harass the commonwealth for years, until the Sole Survivor either died or vanished. The gangs collapsed and left yet another power vacuum.

The Enclave survivors around America faltered and eventually split, with some still following the American way while others formed their own gangs and factions.
