Dianne is the assistant of Otto Steed in 2253.
Background[]
Dianne was an NCR soldier and part of the NCR 5th Engineering Company before moving to Hoover Dam and working for Otto. After years of bullshit, it was nice to finally get back to working with her machines.
She is a young, attractive woman in her late twenties and she is eager to learn what she can, about engineering from Otto. She has been enamoured by anything mechanical, since she was a child and she was given two mechanical arms to work with. She lost her arms to meningitis at the time.
She is very well organized, which is a huge benefit to Otto as he is hopeless. They work well together but Dianne would like a chance to climb the corporate ladder and prove herself.
