Donald is one of the scientists living at the Boulder Dome in 2253.
Background[]
Donald is an efficiency freak and yes-man, who is very dependable but not very likeable. Many think of him as "creepy" and non-communicative unless he can't avoid talking. Donald grew up outside of Vault 15. He, along with all of the scientists, was infected with a strain of Limit 115 while exploring one of the Dome's labs.
Heh as taken a liking to Xian but she doesn't register it. She sees him as too spineless to ever be interested. However, she is concerned about the influence that James has over him.
Agnes likes Donald but is concerned that he is far too trusting and loyal to Goddard and his sheep-like mentality towards him. He also had the nerve to 'lecture her once' and it didn't go well for him.
Like Xian, Agnes is worried about the influence that James has on him.
Goddard admires Donald's efficiency and reliability.
