" - Troy in his final letter before becoming 'Odium.' Odium (Formerly known as Troy) is a former Tenpenny Tower guard, turned ghoul in the Tales of the Wastes mod: The Last Enemy that shall be destroyed. He is the first of The Regulator's targets.
Biography[]
Troy was apparently a human supremacist, sympathetic to the Enclave's ideologies. He believed that ghouls and mutants were a blight on humanity and had a burning hatred towards them.
He eventually joined Paradise Falls as a slaver, serving under Thomas Hamilton but finding himself lost, after Hamilton left. As a result, he went to work as a security guard at Tenpenny Tower, until he 'went ghoul' and was removed from the premises.
He has been lingering in the nearby store, 'Lucky's,' ever since, plotting his revenge as he delves further and further into madness.

Trivia[]
- He confesses to having a sexual attraction towards Rick and has a sexual history with him. Evelyn thought of them as a couple, claiming it to be 'cute.'
- He is the only member of his group that chose to spend his downtime with Marko. Nobody else could stand him.
- He has a well maintained Tenpenny Tower armour set, that has a very high DT as well as an assault Rifle, that does a lot of damage.
Behind the scenes[]
- His name 'Odium' can be defined as 'extreme hatred.' Due to his hateful background, his abandonment and his deformities, he has nothing left but hate.
- Odium was previously made as a test mod, years ago. The original version of it no longer exists.
- His assault rifle, Apollyon, is named after a powerful demon in the Pilgrim's progress, known as "Destroyer."
- He mentions, in his ramblings, about 'losing his helmet.' A helmet was made for him but it kept glitching out, so it was cut.
