Background

Seemingly similar to the Temple. The mutants quickly adopted downtown Chicago's main transportation network. It was one of the few untouched buildings and serves as a good base for those who believe in the mission or are servants of Unity who are not permitted to go to Skokie. Ghouls fester the area as second class citizens but often outnumber their Supermutant masters. As such it is one of the few places where Supermutants are to treat Ghouls as their equal in their section known as Ghoultopia. A underground pedway allows travel to a lot of Chicago's famous locations. However currently it mostly military checkpoints and used for experiments on the human slaves. The Human Slave market is located on the tracks. Mostly captures from a organization known as the Legion from the West. The organization generally requests trivial things like football gear in exchange for the slaves that they take in. The merchant exclusion zone is on another section of tracks and is the only place humans cannot be harmed in a mutant building. It is only used by members of Skokie to get goods and services before they leave to head back to their temple. Regular supermutants and ghouls are forced to do trading at Midway Airport instead.
